Free Trial
When you sign up for a Vieta account, you activate a 10-day free trial. There is no need to enter payment details or select a subscription when signing up. You will not be automatically charged when your free trial expires and there is no need to cancel if you do not wish to continue.
Purchasing a subscription does overwrite any remaining free trial period.
Monthly Subscription
If you subscribe on a monthly plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Unused partial months are not refunded upon cancellation.
Annual Subscription
Annual plans are billed when you process your subscription payment, and will renew automatically each year on that date unless cancelled beforehand. As the annual plan is already discounted in comparison to the equivalent 12 monthly payments, any unused months are not refundable.
Refunds
If you change your mind within 14 days, you can request a refund of your subscription. We will also honour refunds if you find that Vieta is not compatible with your equipment.

Statutory Consumer Rights
We may update the policy at any time. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, but this policy does not limit your consumer rights under the law of your country. We honour these rights in addition to anything offered above.
