Vieta supports most modern smart trainers, smart bikes, powermeters, and HR monitors that broadcast via Bluetooth.

If your trainer (or heart rate monitor) is not being found by Vieta on the connection screen, the first step is to give everything a full reboot to clear any current connections that may still be active.

Unplug your trainer from the wall and turn off the device you are running Vieta on. Wait a minute, then power everything back on again. This is usually enough to get Bluetooth connections detected.

Following on from that...

Fully close any other training apps and devices that might be "grabbing" the Bluetooth signal (eg: Wahoo App, Zwift, TrainerRoad, Garmin bike computer, etc).

Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in your device settings and that Vieta has permission to use it. Your trainer or sensor should be detected in your device's Bluetooth settings but not connected there.

• iOS / iPadOS: In your device's settings -> Vieta, verify that Bluetooth is allowed • Apple TV: In settings -> general -> privacy -> Bluetooth sharing, make sure Vieta is authorised

NOTE: Vieta does not support ANT+ connection, or connection via speed sensor only.
