To continue riding after your 10-day free trial period you will need to purchase a subscription. Vieta offers a monthly or annual subscription, which recurs automatically until cancelled.

To purchase a subscription, log into the vieta.cc website.

  1. Navigate to the Profile tab on the left-side menu
  2. Under the VIETA SUBSCRIPTION heading, select either a Monthly or Annual subscription
  3. Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and complete the transaction

NOTE: Purchasing a subscription overwrites any remaining free trial period. It is best to wait until your trial has expired or is nearing expiry before purchasing your Vieta subscription.

Once you have completed your subscription purchase, this will be synced to your Vieta app.

In some cases our payment provider (Paddle) may hold a payment for a short period of time until your bank clears the transaction as safe. If your subscription does not sync to your app right away, please wait 24 hours and check again. Do not purchase a second subscription.

Prices are displayed in your local currency, or in the currency available for your region.

You can manage your subscription renewal at any time via your Dashboard on the vieta.cc website.
