If you are having trouble signing in, try using the "Send Code" option instead of a password. This will send you a one-time code to your registered email account. Please use the email that you registered with.
If you need to change or reset your password, head to the Vieta Website, and...
- Select the SIGN IN button
- Enter your email address and select Use Password Instead
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your email and select Send Reset Link
- Check your email (also check your Spam and Junk folders)
Vieta will email you a link to create a new password. Please check your Junk or Spam email just in case it lands there.
An expired or already-used reset link cannot be used again to reset your password. If you need to, request another reset link and use the most recent email that arrives.
